Ceneron assists leaders who wish to enhance the decision-making capability of their organisation.
We like to think of ourselves as decision engineers where an engineer is someone who has the capacity to advise, design, build, operate, and maintain a capability.
Ceneron engages with clients in two main ways:
1. Making sustainable improvements in organisational decision-making processes so that decisions are timely, more effective, rigorous, and defensible.
2. Reinforcing the decision-analysis capability of organisations facing a particular decision by providing practitioners experienced with tools and approaches not readily available within the organisation.
